She did not ask for revenge.
She described Noah crying afterward.
Her fear every time a dark SUV slowed near the house.
The way she stopped taking stroller walks alone for months.
Adam also gave a statement.
He acknowledged his own physical actions after the vehicle stopped.
No excuses.
Vanessa’s attorney argued she had never intended to strike Noah.
Mia listened.

“She intentionally made me believe she might.”
