Statements from Eleanor’s security personnel describing Elena’s condition and Victor holding the cane when they arrived.

The edited versions shared with Victor and Helena.
Metadata showing when clips were cut.
Helena’s text telling Nora where to point the camera.
Victor’s own acknowledgment that he had seen full footage.
Paige’s voluntary account of the earlier family pattern where legally relevant.
Raul’s statements about Helena’s documentation habits.
Elena’s contemporaneous messages to Rachel.
None was treated as magical.
Together, they showed consistency.
Nora handed over the final recording from the night of the attack through her attorney.
The footage was ugly.
Not because it showed endless violence.
Most of it showed what happened between the worst moments.
Helena telling Elena to stop embarrassing Victor.
Raul telling Victor to put the cane down once, then retreating when Victor shouted at him.
Nora continuing to film.
Elena asking three times to leave.
Victor saying:
“You leave when I’m done talking.”
Then the escalation.
Then Elena moving toward her phone.
Then Victor destroying it.
Then headlights.
Then Eleanor.
The recording also captured Nora whispering something after Elena was taken out.
“I’m deleting it.”
Helena answered:
“Not all of it. Keep the part where she grabbed the cane.”
Nora had not obeyed.
That mattered.
But it did not make her innocent.
The final exposure would not be a viral video.
Elena refused.
“This is my daughter’s history too,” she told Maya. “I don’t want her first family story online.”
The recording went where it needed to go.
Legal counsel.
Investigators.
Relevant proceedings.
Not social media.
That boundary cost Elena the easy satisfaction of public revenge.
It also returned ownership of the story to her.
By then Vale Development’s independent directors had completed enough review to make their own decision.
Victor would not return to management while the legal and conduct matters remained unresolved.
Eleanor recused herself from the final internal vote because of her family relationship.
