“Everything through attorneys.”
Finally he said what he actually feared.
“If the bank calls the line, Halston is finished.”
Claire looked at him across the conference table.
“That’s not my decision.”
“You can tell them you signed it.”
“No.”
“It saves the company.”
“And makes your fraud mine.”
