Denise had not thrown everyone into the street.
That would have been easy to identify.
Her pattern was subtler.

Billing disputes became “behavior issues.”
Families with influence received private meetings.
People like Walter were expected to comply.
One former administrator described Denise’s philosophy:

“He knew.”
